Warm Me Ups™ microwavable foot warmers are based on the same principle as our hand warmers. We use the same high quality materials both inside and out. The gel pads in the foot warmers are larger and once warmed, will snuggle up to a pair of frosty feet and chase the cold and the aches away. Put them in the microwave for a few minutes and enjoy hours of that same soothing relief that has made our hand warmers famous.

Warm Me Ups™ for feet are microwavable foot warmers. Outside these foot warmers are covered in a soft layer of faux fur. Inside they are 100% cotton flannel brushed to a soft finish. Between these two layers are gel pads. When the Warm Me Ups foot warmers are heated in a microwave, the gel contained between the two layers of fabric will warm.

Once warmed to the temperature you like, these microwaveable foot warmers will embrace your feet to warm and soothe them for hours.  When used as directed, these microwaveable foot warmers will provide comfort to your cold, achy feet and give them relief from the inside out.

THE COLD TRUTH!  While these remarkable foot warmers are great warm - they can also be used as "Cool Me Downs" for a refreshing treat.  Simply place the Warm Me Up in the refrigerator for a few hours and you'll be amazed at the long lasting cooling relief you'll experience.

• HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:
• Simply insert these microwaveable foot warmers into the microwave for 2 minutes, then thoroughly redistribute the contents of the gel pads by gently massaging each foot warmer. Carefully test for safe temperature. Repeat heating procedure in shorter time intervals (30 sec) until the desired temperature is reached.
• Watch Warm Me Ups while heating and turn the microwave off if Warm Me Ups start to expand. NEVER allow Warm Me Ups to boil. Be aware that all microwaves are different and will heat Warm Me Ups at a different rate. Warm Me Ups can be used over and over again if used according to the instructions.
• Once heated, these remarkably cozy microwaveable foot warmers will keep your feet warm and comfortable for hours.
• COOLING INSTRUCTIONS:
• Place Warm Me Ups in the refrigerator for a few hours. They may also be placed in the freezer in a plastic bag for up to 4 hours but be aware that they will freeze solid if left in too long.
• CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
• The exterior of the Warm Me Ups foot warmers may be spot cleaned with a gentle detergent and you may keep the inside smelling fresh with a dusting of baking soda. After cleaning, allow to thoroughly air dry before storing. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LAUNDER IN YOUR WASHING MACHINE.
• WARNINGS:
• Warm Me Up microwaveable foot warmers are NOT to be used as slippers. The Warm Me Up microwaveable foot warmers are NOT to be used while driving or operating machinery.
